A 41,755 sq. ft. four-story wood framed building with a basement containing 30 apartments consisting of a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom. The ground-floor is dedicated for retail, Secondhand Solutions Thrift Store and Wheel Deals Bicycle Shop. Both stores provide vocational training for Open House Ministries residents and add significant income for operations.
