Robertson & Olson Construction recently completed the new 1,500 SF People's Community Credit Union tenant improvement at the Vancouver Waterfront RiverWest building.

Description: The project included construction of a new wood frame, 4-story, mixed use building with the ground floor retail and residential support spaces. There are 39 residential units varying in size from 420 SF to 600 SF.
Chicago Title & Fidelity's new office space is located on the 2nd floor of the Vancouver Waterfront Block 6 Office Tower. Their 9,740 SF space includes 25 offices, multiple open office spaces, break room, and waiting room/reception area. By positioning the offices around the floor's perimeter, Chicago Title has taken full advantage of the property's beautiful views.
After nearly two decades in business, it was time for updates to be made at one of Downtown Portland's busiest landmark restaurants, Southpark Seafood. Phase 1 was to expand the bar, taking over the restaurant's lower dining room. Phase 2 included adding a new 13-seat oyster bar, as well as updating interior finishes. Stainless steel, glass tile, and wood finishes add a modern contemporary feel to the new space.
R&O completed the tenant improvement for fine dining Camas restaurant The Hammond Kitchen & Craft Bar in 2018. This project was design-build, which allowed us to work directly with the owner throughout the project on design, from conceptual layout, through finish selections. Textured wood, glazing and brick accents were used throughout the space to provide a warm, modern atmosphere. This buildout included a large kitchen, gaucho grill and pizza oven, along with a full-sized, 30-tap bar.
Robertson & Olson completed this 2-story commercial office building for REMAX Equity Group with a total floor area of 16,900 SF in 2018. The main floor is REMAX's new office space, complete with 19 offices, open work station area, kitchen, presentation and training rooms. The unique step design of the building's floor plan allows for the maximum amount of corner office space.

Description: Block 6 is a mixed-use facility with two levels of below-grade parking, a seven story office tower, and 5-over-1 64 unit apartment building. Total gross square footage of garage, office and apartments is 200,000 SF.
Vancouver Clinic partnered with Humana on this innovative clinic for the Vancouver community. Not only a medical clinic, this facility has a large community area in addition to the traditional exam and physical therapy rooms. The purpose of this is to encourage social interaction and create a sense of community for patients. Robertson & Olson was excited to be the builder on this pioneering project.
