In 2016 Robertson & Olson completed the new office headquarters for Vancouver-based developer Killian Pacific.  Killian's goal for the project was simple: to build themselves a comfortable new work environment that would be truly unique and distinctive.  With thoughtful creativity and superior craftsmanship, Robertson & Olson was able to deliver on this vision.

Located on the 6th and 7th floors of Vancouver Waterfront Block 6, the Murdock Charitable Trust Office TI  included over 16,000 SF of class A office space.  Top tier tech and finishes throughout.   Tenants can step out on their 7th floor open balcony for one of the best views in the city.

Recently completed in April of 2018, Misty Ridge Apartments is a two building, wood framed, luxury 107-unit apartment development in Happy Valley, Oregon.

We recently completed a ground-up, single-level 10,400 SF shell building and TI for Kiddie Academy of Fishers Landing.  This project included 0.75 acre of site improvements including two play areas and parking lot.

Robertson & Olson completed construction on the Virginia Mason Bainbridge Island Medical Center in 2018 for shell and tenant improvement clients Visconsi Companies and Virginia Mason.  This 30,000 SF, 2-story clinic was built using CMU and metal stud exterior walls and clad in metal panel and concrete composite siding.  Exterior elements were designed to tie in with the surrounding buildings on Bainbridge Island for a cohesive look.

In 2018, Robertson & Olson finished construction of the Uptown Apartments, located at the intersection of Washington & Main Street in Vancouver, WA.  This six-story, 167-unit apartment building includes a first floor retail level and underground parking.  This project required the use of a tower crane, the first to be erected in the city of Vancouver in over 10 years!

Happy Valley Crossroads was completed in Fall of 2016 and includes eight retail/mixed-use buildings totaling 198,000 square feet.  Located in Happy Valley, OR, this modern shopping center features various exterior finishes that work together to create a cohesive style.

Block 12 is a 29,389 square foot, two level, ground-up core and shell restaurant space. This building was constructed concurrent with the VWF Block 9 Restaurant Shell.
