Beautiful architectural design by Art DeRosia, AIA, CSI include unique finishes such as the curved feature wall with exposed fresh, raw redwood. A mezzanine overlooks the open office, and fully functioning glass garage doors in the break room offer a place to enjoy fresh air and natural light.  Upon completion, CCLI asked us back to build an outdoor patio space including concrete fireplace feature wall, just in time for the summer months.

We have completed three People’s Community Credit Union branches in Vancouver, Orchards and Battle Ground, as well as their main office in Hazel Dell, Washington.

Roberton & Olson’s relationship with JP Morgan Chase began in 2010 with the construction of a Chase Bank. Since then, we have become a JP Morgan Chase preferred contractor and have worked on more than a dozen branches throughout the Portland-Vancouver area over the last several years. These projects include ground-up builds, remodels and tenant improvements.

This project consisted of a 30,750 sq. ft. animal shelter located on five acres. The building includes visitation rooms, veterinary surgical and treatment areas, educational service areas, a gift shop, offices and support areas in addition to the main area of animal pens and a walking trail.

This visionary project involved a complete renovation of the old Oregon National Guard Armory located on a five-acre lot. This 20,500 sq. ft. building project required substantial upgrades to meet current building standards, including seismic upgrades; calculated remediation; all new windows and insulation; and complete fire sprinkler, data, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. The entire building was outfitted with energy-efficient LED lights. Other installations included a second floor of classrooms, a three-stop elevator, a Connor Sports floor system and $100,000 in handicap access lifts. The exterior was finished with a slim brick veneer and features a custom metal sign at the entrance. The property was also upgraded with the addition of a “Learning Garden” complete with a greenhouse and labyrinth as well as a teaching pergola along with a large covered play area and an artificial turf field and playground.
