Responsibilities:

  • Perform GL data entries on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Review vendor statements & invoices for accuracy; alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies; complete weekly check runs for multiple affiliates
  • Create subcontract agreements & track/follow up on outstanding agreements until fully executed

Responsibilities:

  • Estimating civil projects for commercial construction site development at all stages of design drawings, including all site utilities, grading, right of way work, site improvements including curbs / gutters / sidewalks / paving / landscaping, building excavation and backfill, retaining walls and shoring as needed
  • Conceptual site development estimations (no designs) incorporating underground utilities, erosion control, permitting etc..
  • Review and understand soil/geo reports in determining site needs.

The PE assists the Project Manager in efficiently managing their projects by preparing and administering bid packages, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, and RFI’s. This includes tracking material deliveries and maintaining document control.

The PE will participate in scheduling, procurement, shop drawing review, cost reviews and project close-out. They will assist in the preparation of Owner, Subcontractor, and Vendor change orders and prepare reports as requested by the Project Manager.
