Robertson & Olson built the First Independent Plaza located off 164th Avenue, which consists of both a First Independent Bank branch and two-story office building with underground parking and a unique elevation with multiple windows in a circular shape. This is one of several tenant improvement projects we have completed for First Independent Bank, including additional branches in Portland, OR and Camas, WA.
