Progress Ridge is a 230,000 sq. ft. retail lifestyle center built on 15.4 acres that were formerly Progress Ridge Quarry. For this project, Robertson & Olson built nine separate buildings anchored by a 52,000 sq. ft. New Season’s Market and an 87,000 sq. ft. Cinetopia luxury movie theater. We also constructed four inline retail buildings totaling 40,000 sq. ft. and two mixed-use Class A office buildings totaling 50,000 sq. ft., used for retail below and commercial tenants above. Our civil work included, among other amenities, three plazas with interactive fountains, fine exposure concrete, stone walls and benches. We built a floating dock as part of this project and upgraded an adjacent City of Beaverton park. This project was completed in just over 12 months, one week ahead of schedule, during one of the worst economic times in the recent past.
