Description: Robertson & Olson was selected by VPS to build the Columbia River High School 500 Wing Addition.  This ground-up, 1-story, 14,000SF addition includes new classrooms/lab rooms, and open learning spaces, as well as improvements to their existing building and Stadium.  Site work included tying in all utilities and adding associated parking lots.

Description: Jefferson Street Apartments is a 4-story residential apartment building with an on-site parking lot.  Complete with 68 units, this wood-framed building includes a clubhouse, lobby, bike storage and utility rooms.

Description: 12,900SF retail shell complete with a mezzanine, sales floor, receiving area, and pharmacy with drive thru window.

Description: The AGP-1 project in Fairview, OR consisted of a new 50,000 SF concrete tilt-up industrial shell building with 11 loading docks.  R&O also completed all associated sitework.

In 2021, Robertson & Olson completed Charles Schwab's new Vancouver Waterfront office tenant improvement, located in the Riverwest 1st floor.  This 3,200 SF space included offices, restrooms, a seminar room and back office space.  Storefront glazing along the NW corner allows for plenty of natural light to permeate throughout the space.

In 2019, Robertson & Olson renovated The Quinn Building to core & shell, a former JC Penny building from the 1950s in downtown Vancouver, for developers Cascadia Development Partners.  Along with the 3-story, 40,000 SF project, R&O also completed 14,000 SF of office and retail tenant improvements.

Description: The Aria Apartments is a 4 over 2 multifamily project with 122 living units, 5 townhouses and a 125 stall parking garage.  This 170k SF building is located adjacent to Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.

Location: Portland, OR
Construction Duration: March 2019 - April 2020
Description: The project included construction of two new wood framed, 4-story, (22) units apartment buildings, 44 units total.  Each building is 17,000 SF.  The exterior was cladded with kiln-dry western red cedar tongue and groove wood siding.

Robertson & Olson Construction recently completed the new 1,500 SF People's Community Credit Union tenant improvement at the Vancouver Waterfront RiverWest building.
